By accessing or using Kick Predict, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
You may upload a photo to set or update your profile picture.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any photo you upload.
When using the app, you agree that:
You must not upload photos that infringe on third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights.
You must not upload photos that are offensive, obscene, or inappropriate.
Kick Predict requires access to your device’s photo library to allow you to select a profile picture.
We only access your selected image and do not collect or store other photos from your device.
You can manage app permissions for photo access in your device settings.
Any user can create a league and, optionally, set an entry fee to run it as a prize competition.
Kick Predict never collects, holds, or transfers any money. We are not a payment processor and have no involvement in entry fee or prize money changing hands.
Entry fee payment (e.g. by bank transfer) is arranged directly and independently between league members and the league admin who created it. The league admin confirms within the app once payment has been received.
At the end of the season, the prize pot is intended for whoever has the most points, as shown in the league standings in the app.
Kick Predict is not responsible for collecting or distributing prize money, for any disputes between league members, or for non-payment by any party. Whether and how to run a prize pot league — and resolving any issues that arise from doing so — is entirely down to the users involved.
All user data, including profile pictures, is securely stored in Google Firebase.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly.

Kick Predict and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from the photos you upload or how they are used.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are made, we will notify users by updating this page.
Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This app is an independent platform created for entertainment and informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any football teams, players, leagues, governing bodies, or competitions mentioned or represented within the app.
All team names, league names, and competition names are the property of their respective owners. Any references to these entities are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes and do not imply any association or endorsement.
For iOS users, use of the app is subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.
