2. 2. Collection and Use of Photos

   1. 2.1. Uploading and Using Photos

      • You may upload a photo to set or update your profile picture.
      • You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any photo you upload.

   2. 2.2. User Responsibilities

      When using the app, you agree that:
      • You must not upload photos that infringe on third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights.
      • You must not upload photos that are offensive, obscene, or inappropriate.

   3. 2.3. Access to Your Device Photos

      • Kick Predict requires access to your device’s photo library to allow you to select a profile picture.
      • We only access your selected image and do not collect or store other photos from your device.
      • You can manage app permissions for photo access in your device settings.

3. 3. Subscriptions and Payments

   • Kick Predict offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.
   • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
   • Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
   • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
   • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
   • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. 4. Data Storage & Privacy

   • All user data, including profile pictures and subscription status, is securely stored in Google Firebase.
   • We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly.

5. 5. Subscription and Purchase Information

   • We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
   • Kick Predict does not collect or store your personal payment information.
   • RevenueCat may collect data such as purchase history, subscription status, and receipt validation to enable access to premium content and restore purchases.
   • This information is used solely to manage your access to subscribed features.

6. 6. Limitation of Liability

   • Kick Predict Ltd and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from the photos you upload or how they are used.
   • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. 7. Updates to Terms & Conditions

   • We may update these Terms from time to time.
   • If changes are made, we will notify users by updating this page.
   • Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the new Terms.

8. 8. Governing Law

   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
